Completely satisfied. I tried your red beans recipe this weekend. With red beans being a trusted tradition, I thought my recipe was good. Your recipe seemed like a lot of work for red beans but they came out spectacular. If the rest of the book is as good as that recipe it’s well worth the price. The turkey necks turned out to be an awesome addition by the way. Thanks.

Great photography and the recipes look simple enough for novice like myself. I’m ready to dig in!

I haven't had time to try one of the recipes but looking forward to getting in the kitchen and getting to work on some of them I know they'll be good.
