Koi Red Galaxy Star Dot Female Betta Fish

Having the female fish marked on the bags is something I really wish Tropic Flow did. As much as I can see the ovipositor on my own, being provided the assurance of a second opinion is bar none the most important part of feeling confidence in trying a betta sorority. Of course, I jarred and pulled off the most aggressive males. I purchased the same color/variety male/females. The 5 males were placed in their individual 5 gallon tanks very quickly. However? The anxiety of trying to find the ovipositor on the remaining females, when they could have been marked, was tremendous. Setting up a female sorority is already an ethics issue, so having to take full responsibility for sexing the fish is something I will never take on again. It’s taken up 3 full workdays of my life and I think I finally found the ovipositor on my betta sorority fish. Nevertheless, it’s something I will never do again. I continue to shop on tropic flow as they have the best quality fish. I just only wish they took the question work out of a simple sharpie M or F.

This is a beautiful specimen! The light-violet spots shine so beautifully against its colored scales. She is very friendly and also very even tempered. It gets along swimmingly with her sorority sisters. I would buy this again! A+!
