Top notch customer service. I had a question regarding a replacement bulb for the Max110 (I love this mirror!) and they provided the link to the $10 bulb (score!). I received the bulb and replaced it successfully. I also ordered the LED lighted travel ready hand mirror with magnification and I love it too! They are both a must for aging eyesight.
