I started out with the starter set (8” frying pan & 2.5 qt.) to check it out. Since then I also bought the almost 12” frying pan. Non stick, great heat transfer, and easy clean . Did I mention beautiful. I have a full set of AllClad back home. Wanted to try these and I think they’re great. Will probably by the wok next.
