Firenze Watch

This watch is so noisy - a dead give away that it's cheap. I have been trying to return this watch ever since I got it with no luck. Caducci customer service is nonresponsive and frankly they are liars. They keep passing me off to other representatives or "escalating my claim" telling my I'm "in good hands" only for no one to respond, despite my repeated follow ups. This watch is not worth its price tag and I want my money back. It should not take a week to provide a return shipping label. I am going to report Caducci to the better business bureau and leave negative reviews on public sites.

Really lovely watch! I had to get a different link remover because I couldn't figure out the one that came with it. Cheap, easy fix. :)

Looks great, feels great. A little on the difficult side to resize but overall very happy.
