Well built but oddly fitting

I was searching for a 5-panel hat that I could wear underneath my ski helmet for sunny days. Loving Black Diamond, I ordered this hat. The basic rundown is that it's a really well-made hat: good materials, clean, nice features - but the fit is just too small. I'm 6' tall, 150lbs with a medium-large head (and a full head of hair) and even with the back strap extended, this hat does not fit down over my head. It's too tight and even when I really pull it down, I can tell if I'm out in the Alpine and a simple gust of wind comes, it would fly right off. So, if you want a smaller hat, or really like the 5-panel style, this is a fine hat to get - I just needed something more fitting and secure.

I absolutely love this cap. It is lightweight and adjustable. The colour is beautiful and light on the eyes. It literally suits every single person that has tried it on. Every time I wear it, I receive compliments on it non-stop. Buy it!!!
