Great Product & a few thoughts

I just returned from a trip where I utilized all the equipment purchased and captured thoughts from installation and use. Shipment was great. Everything packed properly, no missing parts, and shipping company was spot on. Even the driver was friendly and professional unloading at our home. The rack and the box are excellent! Please include a set of instructions in shipment. First thing we did was go through the parts list and wanted to have instructions in hand during assembly. Having instructions and video online are great but was surprised to not have a simple set of b&w instructions in the box. Having recommended procedures & materials for touching up box scratches and preventing corrosion would be nice. I live on the beach in FL so corrosion is a big deal. Box coating was nearly 100% out of the packaging but if I happen to bang it up later it would be nice to know what I can do to prevent corrosion. Just a thought. Shelves should go fully across the width of the box interior to maximize storage. Could go 100% to one side and allow gap on one end for "taller" items" but shelves across the full interior width would be great. Gas struts on box door too weak to support the lid with anything attached. Added traction boards that weigh 9.25 pounds to the upper door and are mounted at closest point to the hinges. The struts barely keep the lid partially open. Will need to look for stronger struts. Overall a great experience and a great product that I will strongly recommend. Just a couple of thoughts that might set Rover Vans into the next level.

The quality of all materials is great. I would like to see the things like which panels are required with the rack and cabinet installation listed in the website.

Easy install perfect size and looks great

Easy install great size looks better than I expected don’t be afraid to drill holes just make sure you have the right tools and some help I was a little nervous about it but after I did the ladder spare carrier I knew it could be done easily to be honest though there was no real install instructions or parts list but it came with what I needed extremely happy with Rover vans and this titan box is the additional outside storage needed to complete our new Ethos21T best advice is go slow take your time I’m not an installer nor have I been one just a guy who is motivated to have what I need I did this alone with a lifting jig a floor jack and some straps
