We're very happy with his tire carrier/ladder combo.

This tire carrier/ladder combo was installed recently and we're very happy with it. It seems to be well made and looks nice too! I like the way it attaches so that you don't have to cut weatherstripping. The license plate relocation kit also worked fine.

Outstanding Customer Support

I purchase a Rover driver side ladder/tire carrier. It was shipped with a right hand (RH) lower hinge bracket. I emailed Rover customer support and called William Deal at Rover. His response was outstanding! He air shipped a LH hinge bracket that arrived to the next day! I mentioned a few issues and he was thankful for the feedback. He said he will inform the appropriate Rover personnel to improve the Rover packaging and installation. instructions.
