The shipping is indeed very slow, but this is specified at the time of purchase. I imagine it's because the item is personalized, but everything is of excellent quality.

Like the concept of the rack, but it needs two bolts into the upright to eliminate almost 1.5 inches in movement at the top of the post--dont seem to be able to get an answer from support on how to resolve, otherwise 5 stars.

This was even better than I expected. Well-packaged and came when they said it would. Yes I had to wait a bit, but that's OK. They were up front about that and when the time came, it was here! Great quality, very sturdy, easy to assemble and love the blue color. Got the landmine attachment as well, and that is solid too. Really, really happy.
