Williamsburg Pineapple Two Tier Fountain

The fountain is a good product but beware of the insufficient assembly instructions.

The first two pieces require two strong persons to lift and aid in the assembly process. I suggest installing a pull string thru the first two pieces to allow later pulling the electric cord thru, also a channel must to made under the base to allow pulling the electric cord thru the two piece assembly. Please plan ahead as to how you will provide power to the fountain.

Processing and Delivery of our Order was Top Notch

Our fountain was delivered in a timely fashion. It was packed well and had no defects. We were able to assemble it and have it up and running in just about 2 hours. There is a significant amount of splash from the fountain, which we were expecting based on reviews we had read. So it does have to be topped up with water frequently. An automatic water filler might be worth the cost to avoid that aggravation.
