Terrible waste of money

I ordered the 2 oz touch up kit based on what I saw on the website. Cost was $25 plus $20 shipping. It was pricey but I thought I was getting a kit. What I received was one 2 oz bottle of stain, no sealer. When I emailed that I only received half the order, I was told the 2 oz kit had no sealer because they assumed it would only be used for chips, so no sealer required. I replied if I had known I was being charged $45 for just 2oz of stain, I would not have purchased. I asked why it was presented that way on the website as a kit not a single bottle of stain. They apologized for the confusion and would discuss it with their team. I replied I was not confused, I ordered what they pictured on their pictured on their site and wanted what I paid $45 for. Never heard back. A few days later I received a bill from UPS for Canada tariff charges. I told UPS I was not aware I was getting a shipment from Canada that would require additional tariff costs. I told them to bill the seller because I am not paying any more for an order I did not receive. They said they would be sending the bill to collections. I told them to go ahead. So I was very disappointed with this transaction and will never do business with this seller again and would advise anyone to be very careful.

Not enough sealer

My fountain has multiple parts. I barely had enough stain, but two ounces of sealer were not enough to suffiently coat all of the surfaces. I could have also used more than two ounces of the second stain color. The stain did penetrate well, but there just wasn't enough. Eight ounces of each product seems more reasonable since I selected the 8 ounce option.
