Take the dha drops separately, theyre a tad fishy but the powder is excellent

By far one of the best prenatals on the market, In my past two pregnancies I could tell my body was missing alot of key nutrients from blood work but with my third pregnancy all my bloodworks was great I wasn’t lacking much of anything and I felt so full of energy! Also a great postnatal after having my third baby I went back to another prenatal that I had at home because I ran out of carenatal and right away I could feel the difference. So I reordered carenatal And I feel amazing!! Also very happy to see that the omega 3 is in capsule form didn’t really like the liquid! Other than that carenatal is a 10 out of 10 for me
