I've never used nasal strips before. But I do recommend the force tape. Easy to put on, they stick on great, and they really do open up your airway. They're also comfortable, I barely notice that I have it on. Thanks

They worked well. Better than previous one I have used which were purchased from a Chemist. Breathing was improved for the competition.
