Felt like my breathing was much better with it on. Need to use it more, but so far I like it

XS nasal strips

I found the XS sized strips difficult to work with at first. They wouldn’t stick well on the sides like the longer lite strips. I learnt a trick that helped and that is that if I fold the strip in half, whilst still in its wrapping, the strip would stick to the sides but of my nose. I was concerned it may impact the benefits of the strip but in my case the result has been the same and I continue to breathe easily with it.

Nasal strips - lite

Super happy with these. They work just as good as the normal ones but there’s a bit less sticky area so it’s not as uncomfortable for me getting them off. I searched around different brands but these are the ones I’m going to stay with. (Tip - I also press on the sticky side a bit before placing on my nose just to help try lessen that stick if it bothers you just as much as it does me when getting them off. But don’t worry it still sticks down well). 5 stars for what they are and what’s available overall. 4 because I’d like them to exist without being uncomfortable at all to take off. Anyway really happy and can breathe all night long with these on! Thankyou :)
