So it was late in the afternoon on a Saturday a few weeks ago (Nov 14) when I ordered a Connex ebike chain, by email, from where I live here in BC. No sooner had I sent the order off when I realized that I'd ordered an eleven speed chain instead of a ten speed (yes I'm an idiot). In a panic I immediately sent off an email to Scooteretti asking to cancel the order, but I didn't expect to hear anything till the following week because it was late on Saturday afternoon in BC therefore early evening in Scooteretti land. However, within minutes I got a reply to say that my order had been cancelled. I was impressed. Early the following week I ordered the correct chain and a 38 tooth chainring.
