Great customer service.

The ordering process was easy and the parts were delivered on time. I was contacted by a staff member to let me know that one item on my order could be delayed as much as a couple of weeks, I opted to cancel that item. They still honored the free shipping even though the new order total did not meet the required minimum amount. I would order from here again.

Works perfectly as designed

You do need to have the Bosch tool to remove original sprocket. Installation is a breeze. I note that the original is offset to align better with the chain, would have liked to see a spacer come with the connex sprocket to help ease the alignment. That said it works on my Haibike AllMtn 7.0. I am easily getting another 20km out of the same battery charge, so more efficient.
