Good content, very informative and useful recipes to help me consider, try out. I did discover that one recipe on page 9 - Crispy Rosemary & Walnuts Snack Mix has the ingredients listed for the recipe below - Lion's Mane & Spinach Brain Omelet and not for the Snack Mix recipe.
