Disappointing!

I love the packaging. The box is awesome & also the tile bag. I wish you included a tile guide like other vendors for players to use as reference. I'm very disappointed with these tiles I have several sets and this is my least favorite. I would have returned it if your return policy would allow it. First of all, the plastic wrap was already ripped so the tiles popped out when I unboxed it, hence do not qualify for return. The winds are very light, could hardly see the design. The round yellow flower is too similar to the Joker, very confusing. The tiles themselves are awkward to handle. I thought I would like the larger size but because it is lighter in weight, they easily slip off the rack! I just got my teacher certification and I purchased this to use as a one of my teaching set. I thought the larger size would give students a good option for something different.
