Wooden Mahjong Rack & Pusher Set

I have sent emails & have already responded to one of these reviews.I love my entire set of tiles, mat & for the most part like the dark blue pusher racks, except, as I've already written to you, one of the racks has a pusher that is warped. I have asked 3 times for a replacement, but just keep getting more of these reviews. So again, can you send me a dark blue, wood magnetic pusher bar? Thank you, Cheryl Helbing.

Disappointing. Warped.

I was very excited to receive these racks. The color is wonderful BUT…the pushers do not stay attached and seem to be warped on all FOUR racks. I have reached out to the chat feature of the company and was told to send an email with a description of my problem. I did this two days ago and included pictures. I have yet to hear back from the company and wish there was someone to talk to. I’m quite disappointed because I’ve heard many good things about the products. Yet very little customer service.

The walnut racks are beautiful! They go with everything, and the velvet carry bag is also very nice. I’ve had many compliments on the racks.
