She is so beautiful and goes perfectly with my 2 prior bettas from a different place and she is so much more vibrant and beautiful to look at

Fish was doa and the qr code on my order slip to report said DOA was down... I contacted customer support and havnt had an answer back yet. Would have loved to see this gorgeous girl but unfortunately it seems like she was packaged on the bottom without enough water in her bag, and likely suffocated during shipping. The bag was full of brown water and said fish, so the poor thing must have been dead for at least a day to decompose in the water.
