Saturday Night Forage

Mushroom hunting was fun, and we found some nice mushrooms. It would have been nice to be able to purchase some mushrooms too. Eric is quite knowledgeable about mushrooms and he is a great resource. Thank you!

Interesting, informative & enjoyable experience! Erick the mushroom guy was funny & very knowledgeable. Loved the hands on experience in the woods & the “show and tell” or I guess “show and learn” portion.

I ended the Saturday night with great interest and more questions. living in Idaho, I’ll buy a book and learn more.
