Stale cookies and poor customer service

We received cookies that are dry and crumbly. I reached out to customer service and received a response only after my second request. The response assumed I was not intelligent enough to have read that I was ordering hard sugar cookies, which I of course knew I was. I did not know that for the price of these cookies, I would be receiving dry, stale cookies and poor customer service. An overnight label to return a couple of cookies so they could be assessed for a refund was offered and I agreed to send back cookies. I have now sent a second request for a label that has gone unanswered. I am very disappointed in your company and your product.

The cookies arrived very well packaged with our team logo perfectly printed on each cookie. The wrapping was very helpful to have them do as well and looked very cute. The cookies tasted good too!
