Curo are the best filters and their customer service are second to none. I recently contacted them because my shower head holder which i bought at the same time as the shower head would no longer keep the weight of it. They immediately despatched a new improved version of the holder. You could not ask for better than that

this is our 3rd replacement. however, it wouldn't sit properly and when we turned on the tap the shower cover kept popping out. after a few frustrating tries we replaced it with the original shower head the bathroom came with. i raised the issue with Curo online chat and after a few clarifications they sent me a replacement improved shower head. the new filter now sits comfortably in the replacement showerhead. and my hair and skin are now very happy.
