You know the products are good already. They 5-star. I'm writing because the service matches the quality. My shipment got lost during the holiday debacle if shipping and is probably still getting kicked around the UPS warehouse. I submitted a complaint and saw my complaint for a refund was denied. But it was one of those "we got something better for you" moments. I get an email from the CEO saying they're shipping my bag again priority. Literally had it in my hands in 2 days. The WOLFpak truly sticks together. I'll continue to purchase bags from them, not only because of the amazing quality, but the amazing service.
