Shipping is not good but product is valid

Update: My transfer arrived!!! I can Finally finish my product. I believe going into the store to pickup is better than ordering delivery. You'll get it quicker. Will definitely order again! Ordered a 7in transfer for a project. It was too big. I kept it because it was my mistake and the quality of the sticker was really good. So I got some advice from the gentleman there and ordered a 4in sticker, the correct size. I was excited but didn't want to make that drive again so I ordered it for delivery. I'm a pretty patient person so I waited a Week, Nothing. Reached out to see what happened in Thursday and was told they thought I was picking up. Even tho I selected delivery and told him delivery and he helped me select the correct one. I paid so much more for delivery. It's now Monday and I still do not have my sticker. Service was great until this.
