Custom DTF Transfers by Size

Great customer service!!

My first time ordering and I’m very happy how they have dealt with a situation that came up. I was missing some items but as soon as I was able to contact them. They took care of it and sending me the rest of the order. The items I relate exactly what I wanted them to be. All the sizes prefect ! Fast delivery also. I will definitely order more in the future!!

BUYER BEWARE

I had ordered my first order with them because they are local and because I saw such positive comments on Facebook (which at this point I feel like they are fake). Well it’s my final order ever with them after that. The heat press vinyl I got were very dull in color compared to Jiffy of the same value. The transfer was pulling off of the backing before I even pressed it. The edges of the press were pretty pixilated. And when I send the sam exact file to another company it’s crisp and sharp. Once pressed the product was barely holding to the shirts (yes it was pressed correctly). And yes they did refund me after I complained but I had to email someone else because the person I picked it all up from was completely clueless about pretty much everything.

Quality Control Needs Work

I submitted two graphics, both came back with issues. One was barely useable having extra white ink where it didn’t belong. The second had white ink filling in what should have been empty spaces, and missing ink where it should have been as part of the design. I’ve sent for reprints on the worst of the two, still waiting for it to come in. On the positive side the cost was inexpensive, and I did the transfers quickly.
