Wonderful Nib Unit. Writes wet, smooth, no scratching, no hard starts - perfect for a Fine nib. Got my fountain pen with a medium one which was clearly a MB (for my taste).

I purchase on additional Gravitas steel #8 nib and had it ground to Cursive italic. To my taste, the nib itself is rather undistinguished. It is a "nail" with no springiness. I bought this nib to replace a Fine nib that came with my Gravitas Monster. While the nib itself is not to my taste, the custom grind is excellent.
