To be clear, the tool itself is extremely well made (for what it is). The 1 star is for charging an outrageous price for a tool that is absolutely necessary to properly maintain your pen. And the packaging is nice enough to be interpreted as an admission of guilt. Fontoplumo is tops, as always.
