Kaizen® Titanium Hammered Nutri Pan Pro 2.0

It is a really beautiful pan and lid, the style of it, and the heft the design, everything. Truly a pleasure to experience, aesthetically it is beyond compare. Except, that, despite all the advertising to the contrary, I have trouble with some foods sticking. Not all foods by any means, but eggs are hopeless and crêpes, as well as a few others. Meats are brilliant, it is sublime and perfect for cooking meat. I am frustrated in that. I have tried everything, taking proper care of the pan, washing as instructed and certainly not putting it in the dishwasher, and heating it to various degrees in my experimentations, and trying to find what works, as well as experimenting with butter, ghee, tallow, lard and olive oil. There are just some foods that stick no matter what I try. I contacted customer service but have not heard anything back.
