Not only do I love their products—the cologne smells amazing without being overpowering, the deodorant actually lasts all day, and the lotion leaves my skin feeling soft without being greasy—but their customer service truly went above and beyond. I accidentally entered an old address when placing my order, which was completely my mistake. I reached out expecting maybe a partial solution at best, but they surprised me by replacing my entire package at no cost. That level of care and understanding is rare these days.
