NYC - Marathon Name Bib Kit

If you’ve run marathon, you know it can be a lonely experience. Trapped in your own thoughts and questioning everything at times. Am I too fast? Is my heart rate too high? Why did I ever think I can do this? But the positivity and encouragement of complete strangers can be a powerful force to help you push through the most challenging aspects of the race. That was my case in NYC last week when I was set to raw dog the marathon without my name on my shirt or bib. Enter Pen and Paces. Thanks to them I was able to grab a custom name bib at the expo that attached perfectly to my NYRR bib. Come Sunday — it was those cheers from strangers that helped me dig down and get to the finish line. Thank you Pen and Paces.

Great Kit!

I bought this kit at the 2025 NYC Marathon expo after brung very disappointed with the size of the "custom" name on the official bib. These were very easy to customize. They are reusable and, I have enough letters for another if I want a friend to use. My name was called out several times and, it was worth every penny!

I love the NYC bib kit. I also got the in memory of too, which I am using for my dad who I was raising money in memory of. thank you so much. I can't wait to wear them on Nov 2nd.
