Excellent, easy to digest fuel
These “gels” are my go-to for long runs now. They taste great, are easy to eat without much water, and there is zero stomach upset, unlike with a lot of the more synthetic gels. Highly recommend.

Easy fuel and sweet treat
I ordered the bottle version of the original flavor to fill my own soft flasks after trying the individual packet. What initially hooked me was the viscosity. It was easy on the stomach and did not take long to digest. My mouth didn't feel sticky or gluey, but I still needed a little water to help with the sweetness. I haven't used it to fuel before a workout or race, but it helped me recover a little easier after two different race events. I'm not sure if this $30 bottle is that different from a grocery store bottle of real maple syrup.
