I originally received this band and it was the incorrect band for my watch brand. Company refunded me, minus shipping, and i switched to a different band w/in the Bandletic family.

It did not function as per the garmin connection method.

Great customer support! And so far so great with the new band. I’ve been searching for a band that didn’t irritate my wrist. And, thankfully, thus far I’ve had no irritation since receiving this band two weeks ago.
