Your staff (Shaun) was very helpful in taking my order and insuring that I got all the parts I needed for additional shelf installs. Delivery was fast and arrived in good condition. My only issue was with some of the hardware. Cam locks for the first operation would not fit as the holes in the tower needed to be drilled a bit larger. The ones for the drawer assemblies were fine. The screws provided with the drawer slides broke at the head in spite of pre drilling and using soap on the threads and using a hand screw driver . Other than those issues the unit is excellent .
