I am extremely happy with the overall quality of the closet organizers I purchased and installed. I researched other products available online and found them to be nowhere near as nice as John Louis' product. Most importantly, the post-purchase customer service was excellent!

Solid Wood Closets That Look Custom — Worth Every Penny

I recently finished two walk-in closets using all John Louis Home products, and overall I couldn’t be happier. The materials are high quality, the finish is beautiful, and the end result looks fully custom. A family member had two closets done by one of the big national brands—without solid wood—and she was disappointed she hadn’t gone with John Louis. I spent about 30% of what she did and achieved a better result. As you can see in the photos, my ceilings are quite high, so I wanted to maximize every inch of vertical space. The design required a lot of customization and extra parts, but everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition. A few pieces had minor blemishes from manufacturing—a drawer front and a 6-foot shelf—but replacements arrived within a few days, which I really appreciated. Great customer service! The printed instructions for the laundry basket weren’t great, but the online guides were clear and easy to follow. Overall, the installation was straightforward for anyone with some DIY experience. The hardware is solid and of high quality. My wife and I are very pleased with how everything turned out. We’re already planning to use John Louis Home again for more closets—and probably the laundry room too. Just waiting on the shoe shelves to come back in stock!
