We ordered a 28 inch duffle for my son for Christmas which was beautiful though bigger than he needed. Our email was answered immediately with how to exchange it. Great service and beautiful piece of luggage.

The mystery gift which happened to be a free journal is a very good quality leather handmade journal. Right now I am holding on to it until I could find time to use it or I will probably regift it to somebody who would appreciate the craftsmanship thank you so much I appreciate the free gift.

Unexpected Surprise

I wasn't expecting the quality to be this nice. I've had it for two weeks now, and all my co-workers want to place an order. It's super stylish and looks great with any outfit. I love all the compartments; there's plenty of space for all my travel needs for business.
