Disappointing zipper quality

The canvas and leather is buy-it-for-life quality but the zipper is terrible. Combined with the weak warranty and very high price tag leaves a lot to be desired. The warranty tells me this company doesn’t stand behind the quality they’re putting out. The color I wanted was out of stock for a significant amount of time and I had to get one I didn’t like as much.

Great bag-warehouse issue?

Great, very rugged, high-quality bag. It is heavy of course on account of the materials, but keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of walking with it. When I received it, it had two desiccant packets on the interior and was well wrapped in plastic. However, the smell, which I thought was just leather/canvas is fairly overwhelming and after letting it air out for days and then a 3 day trip through subways/airports, it still stinks something fierce and made my clothes smell like it too.

Great duffel bag, extremely well built, the material will hold up well against years of wear and tear.
