Have to install PERFECTLY or drawers don't work

The quality is good but if your tower is not 100% PERFECTLY square the drawers don't work well. The motion on ours is rough and one drawer won't close completely. We tried the troubleshooting tips but... not great. Just be aware: the install has to be perfect, like maybe more perfect than a regular joe can achieve.

Top choice for the home closet system! Real wood!

We bought and installed the solid wood closet organizer in white. Because John Louis closet system has the grooves on the sides unlike others with holes, we can add these drawers. We ordered 3 of the 8" drawers. It came with the soft close mechanisms. They worked well. I wished the spring mechanism is a bit stronger. I feel like the closing needs a bit of force. But these drawers fitted perfectly. 8" drawers have the plenty space. More space than we anticipated. Very nice! One drawer needed vertical adjustments. It was easy to adjust. Instruction photos may need improvements though. Overall, excellent real solid wood drawers. They look great! Sean Leonberger designed our walk-in closet and coordinated till we finished with the systems. His responses were great! They provided more than enough parts to finish the system.
