Quality has gone downhill
Firstly, I have supported KamSnaps for years - the quality and color choices were unbeatable. I rarely ever had any issues with snaps. Fast forward - over the last two years I have been having more and more issues with snaps either not attaching at all, or breaking after products have been sent to customers. I reached out for customer service help and took all advice offered. I changed the parts on the pliers; I bought new pliers - all from KamSnaps. Nothing changed. Six months ago, I started using another brand and have had ZERO issues. Went back to KamSnaps a couple of weeks ago for some color variety and the first night I used them, 40+ snaps broke off. I don't know what's going on but the quality has changed over the years. You can literally feel the difference in tension with the pliers between certain colors - some are great, some are just....flimsy and cheap-feeling. Customer service was polite but none of the suggestions made a difference. I cannot keep wasting money on snaps that continue to break, leaving me responsible for refunding buyers when their products are broken on first use...so I'm losing money twice. So frustrating.
