I am apalled with your services. I’ve sent 3 emails now, asking for an update on my shipment, that I ordered over 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. Please respond to me, or I’m cancelling my subscription. This is ridiculous. If I don’t get a response from this I want my money back.

Ordered July 21st, as of August 10th I still have no usable tracking info nor delivery date. A supplement that cant be shipped in 3 weeks is not a good sign.
