I’m a belt guy now
You can load this sucker up with a liter of water+ a filter for your soft flask, and all the snacks you need for the day. Once you dial in the fit, no bounce at all. I’ve done 8+ hour mountain runs using just this belt and experienced no problems.

Works like a dream
This thing works. I use it for anything from just skipping around the neighborhood on a hot day, to a light day-run (with one voile strap, I can bring water, phone, snacks, small filter, poles and a layer. You never even know it's there - it never, ever, jiggles.
Fits a little small (I'm 30 waist, and needed a size M). The only thing that's weird is the moment at the trailhead when you have to put your feet together and daintily slip this up your legs, wriggle your butt through, then set it on your hips, like it's an expensive piece of lingerie. Bug or feature? You decide.

Great quality, sizing a bit off
I bought this for trail training leading up to my 50k. Needed a belt where I can carry poles and water without always having to bring a best. It's quite secure, and the system is smart, but it's a bit too small (?). I measured it for wearing it around my lower belly (i have a bit of belly fat). Sizing gets confusing in the waist, hip, belly differences. Either that or maybe better instructions on sizing could help. Sometimes, this is the reason why I choose my usual Salomon belt (which unfortunately bounces)
