…..the best size?
Ran my first full race (50 miles) with the raide belt / shorts / 4x 360ml flasks and I don’t think I can go back. I don’t know why every flask doesn’t have a locking cap, changes the game, and the size is so nice to tuck wherever and stuff other fun food from aid stations anywhere you like. Easy, dialled in, perfect for me.
Love all this kit! Has replaced everything in my old vest set up for shorter distances / coldish weather. Still a time and place for larger flasks, but when you don’t need much it is tough to beat.

Useful training, weak fixation spout
Good capacity and a useful form that adapts to the situation. The possibility of tanking is very useful to prevent water from escaping accidentally. It takes time to check but the fixing system of the upper plastic cap, since as soon as I press the liquid on mine, when I try to look, the mullant spout is going to come out crazy - it's all over my face. The vaig has to be put back to pressure and seems to be holding, but it seems that there is a need to reinforce the spout fixation system, since it is said that passing a cop forces you to do the rest of the route. From all forms I will continue to trust the brand for the desire to improve and innovate in making useful things as they do in the same way.

So far so good. The locking cap works as advertised. I like the small size--can go in almost any pocket.
