Upon inspection it was noticed the bench portion of the tree had a small crack and was splitting. I contacted customer service with pictures and within the few days, they sent an undamaged bench top. I ordered a different color for the cubbie organizers and they did not include the cream colored ones. Not a big deal but those were only hiccups. Tree looks great!
