I've been using Human Improvement for over 5 years now and I cant live without it!! The best part of their protein powder is the clean and simple ingredients and amazing no chalk taste!!! My husband and I have it for breakfast every single morning after a workout. The protein is that good and the consistency is amazing. It doesn't need a lot of ingredients to make an amazing shake; water, walnuts and either chocolate or vanilla and you're set. We both look forward to it every morning!! Highly recommended!!!!
