ONEVAN 16 Lines 4D Display Green Laser Level with Tripod

I needed the item for outside use and this failed miserably. The lines are not visible more than 30 cm from the wall being measured. I cannot find in your description of the item that it does not work outside. On this basis, I need to return it for a full refund. Can you advise on returns? Regards Alan Davidson

I set the level up to help me mark out the levels for the foundation of my extension and despite it saying it would be visible at a diameter of 20 metres I could barely see the laser at 5m, and also the button to set inside/outside and diagonal line doesn't change anything at all, very disappointed with it and will be bringing these issues up with the seller

Only just unpacked it , but it's easy to set up And quality is good
