I just used this today to shear my llama. It worked very well. The only 2 things I had slight issues with. First off, it's pretty heavy so my arm got tired. Secondly, the speed dial was right where I had to hold it and I kept accidentally rolling the speed up faster than I wanted. Otherwise it's a great clipper. I will need to buy some more blades though. My llama likes to roll in dirt and the blade got dull before I was done due to cutting through dirt and debris in her fiber. I had to change the blade before I was done.

It works ok, not great. I have a hair sheep that wasn't shedding. I was shaving him to make him cooler. My issues may be him being a hair sheep vs a wool sheep, but it couldn't make it through all of his hair and the clippers started to get really hot. I'm glad I bought them because he's more comfortable, so for that, they did the job well enough.
