The Ones Who Dazzle

I love this! The vibrant purplish base shifts and glows with the beautiful electric blue shimmer doing its thing, giving it that multidimensional, glowy sci-fi vibe. In certain lighting, it almost looks like a soft lavender flash over oceanic blue, like the surface of a soap bubble catching sunlight. I’ve also experimented by putting a coat of Lament over it and wow! I’m SO happy. Oh and the formula is perfect. I don’t have a single complaint
