First Experience with Oud

Thought this was a very well packed gift set. The burner works great, straight out the box. Has a small aluminum sheet used to protect the coils that burn the wood chips. While I didn't like all of the fragrances that came with the gift set, the Emirate Bloom smelled great for a cologne to stack with my current spray cologne I use. I would recommend this to anyone trying something new, its a safe buy and the products arrive quickly.

Hello, I'm very disappointed with my order. I purchased the Al Haramain edition, but received different packaging, different scent names, and most smell identical. I also noticed your website now says Emirate Bloom is unavailable, but that wasn't disclosed when I ordered. The burner had a hair inside and appeared used, with a damaged plug label. The crooked labels and poor quality don't match what was advertised. Please resolve this and return/refund. Do not reccomend based on what I just received.

Meh... more trouble than it's worth.

Kind of more trouble than it's worth… The lid is difficult to pry off, and then you get it off and you have to take the old wood out and put new piece in… Which is all fine, but the amount of actual fragrance and smoke you get each use is underwhelming. I'd honestly rather lied a charcoal tablet, and do it at the old-fashioned way for the amount of work it takes for minimal fragrance output.
