Life is not always a quiet stream, when I ordered my new Toto Washlet it was said to me it will arrive in the next 10 days. Unfortunately it was 2025 a couple of weeks before Christmas and Primer Bidets was meeting an abundance of orders and difficulties with freight that made my delivery impossible on time. It took them a little while to really know when they would be delivering. I had a nice commercial on phone and he understood it was not capricious of me but a real need to receive it before the end of the year. He promised to give me an answer as soon as he will be sure of his answer. I had to wait 48 hours before I received a mail giving me the exact day my order will arrive at my door. And it did even if we had a snow storm the previous night leaving us with 5” of snow. Delivery was very well done by a nice person very helping in these difficult circumstances. Thank you to ADF too. Now the new toilet has been installed, it works like a breeze. It makes me feel I stepped from the Stone Age to the 21st Century. I look at my toilet paper rolls now and wonder how many more trees We the privileged one having a smart toilet we will contribute to save ? Hygiene, comfort make them only a luxe because of the cost but certainly not for the functionality . Toto is my second toilet I owned and it really deserves its reputation of the top of the list.
