Great compact Petty knife

What a great little knife, really comfortable in the hand and fantastically sharp. I was surprised how many things I could use this knife for before I needed to go to a larger knife, even to the point where I used it to debone a chicken.

Wonderful little knife, great for fine slicing garlic and onions. ( Goodfellas inspired) Also useful in slicing chorizo and dried saucissons. I’ve used it to skin fish as well. Not very flexible but it works.
